December 2, 2015 at 3:35 pm by JessRulzIn a ceremony at the Bellas Artes Museum in Seville, King Felipe and Queen Letizia today delivered the golden medals of merit for fine arts.
The King said the awards illustrated the “wealth of [Spanish] culture and the depth of the bonds that our society has with art, heritage and protection and promotion.”
He and Queen Letizia presented medals to 22 people and three organisations for their work that has highlighted “the field of artistic creation, providing important services or well promoting education, development and dissemination of art and preservation of the national artistic heritage.”
