December 28, 2015 at 5:05 pm by dazzlingSheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, the former Emir of Qatar has had leg surgery after it has been reported that Sheikh Hamad broke his leg. The Sheikh arrived in Zurich for surgery and is currently Zurich undergoing physiotherapy treatment.
The official statement said “On Saturday 26 December, His Highness the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani was flown to Zurich, Switzerland for emergency treatment after suffering a broken leg while on holiday.” It went on saying “Following a successful operation, his Highness the Father Emir is currently in Zurich recovering and undergoing physiotherapy treatment.”
Pictures on Instagram have surfaced after the surgery of the Sheikh with his wife, Sheikha Mozah, his sons and members of the royal family.
