The Swedish Royal Court has today announced that Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia are expecting their first child.
“We are so happy and excited to announce that we are expecting our first child. We are very much looking forward to it,” the couple – who married this past June – said in the announcement.
The birth is anticipated to take place in April 2016.
