Flashback Friday: Prince Philip Visits His Birth Country

September 16, 1964: Prince Philip takes in the Acropolis in Athens with his eldest son, Prince Charles (taking a photograph), and his daughter, Princess Anne.

The trio were in Greece for the wedding of King Constantine II of the Hellenes and Princess Anne-Marie of Denmark, both cousins of Prince Philip. Princess Anne was a bridesmaid, while Prince Charles held one of the crowns above the bridal couple during the Greek Orthodox ceremony.
