Yesterday it was Iñaki’s turn to speak and defend himself. The borther-in-law of the Spanish King is facing trial for corruption. He and his business partner Diego Torres are suspectedof embazzling 6,2 million Euros.

According to ‘El País’, Iñaki answered most questions with: “I don’t know”, “I can’t recall”or “I suppose so”. What he did remember and admit was that the real estate company Aizoon, owned by him and his wife, employed ghost employees. Urdangarin also testified that he never charged anyone commissions while he was operating his non-profit Nóos Institute.

The trial will continue next Wednesday.
