King Felipe VI of Spain attends an event with dimplomatic corps today in Madrid. The event was the graduation of 12 new secretary of embassies who completed courses at the Diplomatic School.
During his speech at the event, Kind Felipe said “Today as yesterday, in the exercise of our functions, we should know better preserve the principles and values that characterize our society: the defense of freedom, democracy and human rights, along with international law; the firm commitment for world peace will also solidarity, which translates into cooperation programs in humanitarian action in emergency situations and measures to enable sustainable development and environmental protection, and finally, promotion culture and knowledge.”
